¿Qué sucede en una sesión de Asesoramiento?
Los consejeros certificados de crédito y vivienda de La Fundación Nacional de Asesoramiento Crediticio (NFCC por sus siglas en Ingles) son entrenados para ser imparcial y proporcionarle asesoria confidencial para dirigir sus asuntos financieros.
Durante su sesión de asesoria, el consejero empezará discutiendo que fue la causa de sus problemas crediticio o asuntos financieros y a comprende sus objetivos para establecer un plan de acción específicamente para sus asuntos financieros.
Si usted asiste asesoria de vivienda, ayuda presupuestal, crédito o manejo de deuda el consejero revisará sus ingresos, gastos, y asunto financiera general. Ellos le implicarán en establecer un presupuesto práctico para eliminar gastos innecesarios y aumentar dinero para sus prioridades. Ellos le proporcionarán sugerencias y opciones para reducir sus gastos y aumentar ingresos.
Una vez que un presupuesto ha sido establecido, el consejero revisará sus obligaciones de deuda. Sean preparados para revelar los nombres, saldos y estatus de cada uno de sus acreedores. El consejero va calcular un plan de manejo de deuda para consolidar sus deudas por lo cual acreedores pueden cooperar para reducir los intereses y los pagos, eliminar los cobros de pagos tardíos y sobre limite, y/o actualizar las cuentas atrasadas. Si usted decide inscribirse en un plan de repago de deudas, los honorarios de agencia son mínimos y usted podrá liquidar su deuda en un ritmo acelerado con las concesiones de los acreedores.
El consejero revisará su estatus de vivienda. Ellos revisarán el saldo, tasa de interés, estatus y el tipo de su hipoteca. Si usted está atrasado, o llegará a ser atrasado pronto con sus pagos hipotecarios, ellos revisarán todos los programas disponibles del prestamista y patrocinado por el gobierno para determinar cuál programa estabilizarían su estatus de vivienda y evitar ejecución hipotecaria. El consejero puede contactar a su prestamista para empezar la aplicación de asistencia en su beneficio.
Una vez que sus asuntos financieros, presupuestal, crédito y vivienda han sido evaluados por el consejero, ellos derivarán un plan de acción para todos los asuntos financiera que estén enfrentando. El consejero explicará las ventajas, desventajas, y proceso de todas sus opciones que tengan que considerar. En la conclusión de su sesión de asesoria usted saldrá con un plan de acción por escrito con el sumario de su presupuesto, plan de repago, recursos disponibles, recomendaciones, y los pasos que usted debe completar para navegar hacia su sendero financiero.
